About Erin

Erin Augustine, Ph.D., LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a private practice in Olathe, Kansas, where she has been serving clients since 2016. Erin specializes in play therapy and child-centered interventions, supporting children and families as they navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, and family transitions with a warm, developmentally responsive approach. She is also passionate about caring for women across the lifespan, with particular expertise in the perinatal season, providing support through infertility, miscarriage, and postpartum adjustment, as well as the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Whether you’re seeking help for your child, your family, or your own well-being, Erin offers a steady, compassionate space to process what you’re carrying, build practical coping tools, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope. Her work is informed by advanced play therapy training through MidAmerica Nazarene University and perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International.

In addition to her clinical practice, Erin is an Assistant Professor and School Counseling Track Coordinator at MidAmerica Nazarene University, where she teaches and mentors graduate counseling students. Her professional background includes years as an elementary school counselor and experience presenting on topics such as trauma-informed practices, neuroplasticity in child counseling, and counselor wellness.
