Perinatal

My approach is looking at the whole child/adolescent, meeting them where they are at developmentally and working with the family system to provide change and healing through exploring feelings, thoughts and life experiences.

Children & Adolescents

Navigating the perinatal phase can be so challenging and isolating. I want to provide a safe space for you to talk through the struggles associated with post-partum, infertility, miscarriage, and infant attachment. I will walk with you on your journey toward healing.

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach specifically designed to help children overcome emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. It utilizes play, a natural form of communication for children, as a means to express themselves, explore their feelings, and resolve inner conflicts.

I provide counseling for women across the lifespan, with a special focus on the emotional and life transitions that can come with perimenopause and menopause. Whether you’re navigating mood changes, anxiety, irritability, sleep disruption, shifts in identity, changing relationships, or feeling “not like yourself,” therapy can offer a steady place to make sense of what’s happening and reconnect with who you are.
